Although we don't pay for listing services or advertising, MYAH partners with Amazon to provide the most reliable shipping to our customers. Our system integrations give our customers the fastest order processing times in the industry.

Rates (per item)

  • FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • $19.99 Expedited Shipping (2 days)
  • $29.95 Priority Shipping (next day)

Additional Information

  • Rates are based per item. For example, if you need two items shipped to you by the next day, you must pay $29.95 for each item.
  • As usual, the time to ship all items is the order processing time + shipping time. If the order is processed the same day, it will go out the same day, and the shipping time will be accurate. Orders placed late in the day will most likely be processed the next day.
  • Once a package has been shipped, it cannot be rerouted.
  • MYAH does not take responsibility for damages resulting from delays in shipping.

If you're having technical issues with your product, please contact for troubleshooting assistance. We'll be happy to help –  so long as you're using one of our products, you have a relationship with us. Additionally, preventing an unnecessary return saves us both time, money, and stress.

When sending an email to support, try to be as detailed as possible with the problem. Send pictures if you have them. Feel free to take pictures with your cell phone and email them directly to support. Additionally, having a multi-meter handy will ensure that you're testing your product properly. What you thought was a defect might not be. If you're returning a defective item, it's your responsibility to determine it's defective before sending it. You might be not be eligible for a refund, and your item will have to be shipped back to you at your expense.

Sometimes returns are completely necessary, such as when an item was damaged in transit, or you decided that you didn't actually need the equipment after all. Read on to learn more about our shipping and return programs and policies.


For items that are received damaged, orders that were improperly filled, defective products, or extra products, MYAH will pay the full cost of returns and waive all fees.

For all other cases, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving it as long as it meets the following requirements:

  • the product is a New item (not refurbished),
  • the product is undamaged,
  • the product is unmodified.

Returns sent back that do not meet the above requirements may not be refunded.

Restocking Fee

Solar panel returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee partially covers the costs of electrical testing, component inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and restocking.
